The purpose of this guideline is to clarify and deepen what is meant by referencing in the context of the ACQF. It also provides technical orientation for national implementing bodies and stakeholders, especially the leading bodies managing the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and interacting with the (future) ACQF implementation unit.
ACQF Guideline 3: Referencing to ACQF
This guideline defines the objectives, criteria, procedures and main implementation arrangements of referencing of national qualifications frameworks or systems to the African Continental Qualifications Framework (ACQF). This guideline is part of the compendium of ten ACQF Guidelines, developed as the technical foundation supporting the ACQF policy document.
