This report developed within Technical Cluster 1 synthesizes the findings from a comprehensive survey conducted across 22 Member States, providing a granular, evidence-based snapshot of the current state of NQF implementation and the progress towards ACQF referencing. The data collected offers an opportunity to move from broad policy objectives to targeted, actionable strategies.
