Qualifications and Credentials Platform (QCP) – 3rd Onboarding Webinar for QCP Contact Persons

This workshop was designed for QCP Contact Persons from each participating country.

It aimed to equip national stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills to pilot the mapping and uploading of the national qualification data to the ACQF Qualifications and Credentials Platform (QCP).

Workshop Details

Date and time: March 12th, Wednesday, 12:00-15:00 (UTC+1)

Language: English. Written support provided to French and Portuguese-speaking participants.

Key Objectives 

The goal of this workshop was to facilitate the data collection exercise by participating countries through an interactive session where the contact persons had an opportunity to map an example of a national qualification to the QCP Data Model.

Preparation Required

To ensure a productive session, participants were asked to:

  • Verify that their country has signed up on the QCP platform.
  • Prepare an example of a typical qualification from your country, which was used during the interactive mapping exercise.
  • Review the materials uploaded to the ACQF Website, such as the ACQF Data Fields and the Data Collection Template: Qualifications Platform (QCP) — ACQF

Hands-on data mapping session 

1 hour

A facilitator’s demonstration how to input and map a national qualification to the QCP using a sample qualification. Participants to be guided through each key field in the data model and asked to perform the same actions on their device.

After each main section, a short Q&A session will follow.
